Candida overgrowth symptoms

Believe it or not, there are no test that could conclusively tell you whether you have candida overgrowth. A clear diagnosis should be based on your personal history, symptoms, and then use the blood test, stool test, and urine test as additional references. Just because all of the tests come back negative doesn't mean the possibility of candida overgrowth can be ruled out.

Does that mean it would be a waste of time for you to go through the trouble to find out if you have candida overgrowth, and then failed to find out anything?

I don't think so. I had many symptoms of yeast overgrowth, but used to forget about it until my brain fog, ADHD, depression, and fatigue (symptoms of yeast overgrowth) had became such an inconvenience and pain, and then only to forgot about it again when my symptoms kind of became annoying, but bearable, back noises.

Humans have an ability to muddle through and become complacent with problems.

Believe me, looking back I don't think it was a waste of time to deal with my symptoms with a full commitment. A life barely survivable and muddling through it isn't living at all.

Yeast overgrowth is quite common and people tend to ignore it because our doctors tend to ignore it. Check out the list of symptoms to see if you have the same issue, and listen to your feeling first, doctor second.

The root causes of yeast overgrowth happen to be the common causes for other diseases and conditions as well, so by making sure you are dealing with yeast problem once and for all, other associated conditions will disappear also. For example, candida diet requires cutting out sugar addiction, and that in itself reverse fatigue, depression, insomnia... even if these symptoms aren't caused by candida overgrowth.

causes of candida

To properly diagnose candida overgrowth, you can look at history for risk factors like antibiotic use, birth control pills, or steroid hormone. These are the causes of candida overgrowth.

If you want to cure candida overgrowth, you should rely more than just willpower and cutting off sugar alone. Many people have failed with the willpower approach, and I had failed. Use supplements to help cut off craving for sugar and reduce the pains of candida die off symptoms and it will be much easier for you to succeed.
