HEAVY METAL DETOX CHELATION TREATMENT for better sleep

The smartest thing you can do to improve sleep is to identify that one thing you need to work on. The one thing you work on should make everything else easier or no longer necessary. If you are like me, you might find yourself having to take many supplements each day and feel overwhelmed. 

The one thing some people need to focus on to cure their sleep problems is healthy metal chelation. Successful detox will make many symptoms disappear and drastically reduce the herbs and supplements you need to make your day feel manageable. 

Symptoms of heavy metal poisoning

The symptoms of heavy metal poisoning are too numerous.  No one will experience all symptoms, because it depends on the unique chemistry of each person. The symptoms of heavy metal poisoning (mercury, copper, aluminum, arsenic, lead) include neurological disorders (e.g. multiple sclerosis, narcolepsy, ALS.), endocrinal disorders (e.g. diabetes, adrenal diseases, thyroid disorder), mental illness (e.g. dementia, depression), chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, organ failure, learning disabilities and more. 

The tricky part of diagnosing heavy metal poisoning is that the symptoms come and go. You may enjoy periods of being your true self, which are followed by periods of crushing fatigue and discomfort. 

Remove Dental Amalgam 

Amalgam is mercury dental filling. The alloy releases mercury vapor constantly for as long as it stays in the mouth, which burdens the body with toxic mercury. Some people are fast mercury excreter while many are not. 

Before you start testing for heavy metal poisoning, you should have any amalgam removed by a biological dentist. 

People report positive result after amalgam removal. However, the body often still have mercury hiding deep within tissue and organs. Often times, patients become free of symptoms after amalgam removal, but months later, some of the symptoms come back because their bodies start releasing heavy metal from deep tissue.

Large fish such as tuna has a higher chance to contain mercury than small fish. Don't forget fetus and children are more vulnerable to heavy metal than adults. Heavy metal Test

The chance that heavy metal tests fail to tell you whether you are poisoned can be high. Mercury, for example, may not show in high levels in the blood, urine, or hair test if it is stored deep within tissue. Lab can also mishandle samples. 

A medical doctor or naturopathic doctor could prescribe a provocation test (a.k.a challenge test) to test your metal levels. 

The most telling signs of heavy metal poisoning is your gut feeling. If you observe random symptoms that could not be explained except for heavy metal poisoning, and if you feel worst or better following too much or moderate dosage of chelation agent, then you know you may suffer from metal poisoning. 

Chelation Treatment 

Successful chelation and symptom reversal depend on more than just chelation agents, but certainly include proper nutrition. 

  • Cut out sugar, diary, gluten, and other potential food allergens if you have any sensitivity to these foods at all
  • Get probiotics and enzymes to support the gut
  • Real butter, flax seed oil, or fermented fish oil
  • Vitamin B complex
  • Goat cheese, garlic, selenium, zinc, eggs
  • A.L.A. (alpha lipoic acid -- 300 mg. per 100 lbs.)
  • Cilantro (supplement 100 mg. per 50 lbs. of weight)
  • NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine -- 400 mg. per 50 lbs.)
  • Selenium
  • Magnesium supplements
  • B complex vitamins
  • 5-HTP (Never exceed 100 mg., and do not take alongside anti-depressants.)
  • DMSA (3x/day, at 10 mg. per kg. of body weight, taken in pill form. 1 lbs. = 0.45 kg.)
  • Garlic
  • Regular exercise
  • Bentonite Clay Bath or foot bath 
  • Daily Saunas
  • Flax seed oil or fermented fish oil

Supervised vs DIY Chelation

DMSA and NAC are synthesized drugs. You should use them under supervision of a competent doctor. The rest of the detox agents I suggested above are natural substance or food based medicine. The body need them as nutrients anyway. 

If you encounter healing crisis during chelation, which can take up to 8 months, you could reduce the amount of detox agents (DMSA, NAC, cilantro and A.L.A. ) until you feel comfortable again. But never stop getting abundant amount of nutrients such as flax seed oil and vitamin B complex. 

There are not too many studies for chelations in general, because it is not profitable to study chelation. However, many doctors have reported good news from DMSA chelation, including reversal of autism (see real cases by Dr. Hyman, who had cured many autistic children)

As for the other chelation agents, they should be more effective and safe than synthesized drugs like DMSA, but the drug industry tend to underfund and undervalue them because few corporations would fund costly studies to prove effectiveness of natural substances, which cannot be patented.

Alpha lipoic acid was a proven super antioxidant and an effective chelator. There are also plenty of anecdotal evidence and words of mouth for the effectiveness of other food based chelations such as cilantro and chlorella from both doctors and patients. 

Bentonite clay has thousands years of history in healing, both with topical and internal use. For internal use, only ingest "food grade" calcium bentonite clay! You may bath with bentonite clay too. It is a safe, gentle, and quick way to draw out a lot of heavy metals.
